On top right Side there will be an option "Create an account for free"
Click on it
Enter your Name, Email ID and Mobile number, accept the agreement and click on "Sign Up"
You will get your login credentials in the email
Now enter details received in the email
You are now logged in and can browse the free resources on the website and subscribe to the platform
